Note: Due to the rising cost of tariffs, the expense associated with grooming each dog has significantly increased. As a result, effective August 1, 2025, full payment will be required at the time of drop-off for all grooming appointments.
If additional services—such as a bath, flea bath, or de-matting—are deemed necessary, payment for those services will also be due at drop-off.
For de-matting services specifically, the grooming payment of $75.00 is required, along with a $150.00 deposit for de-matting. If the final de-matting cost is less than the deposit, the appropriate refund will be issued at the time of pickup.
Please note that any outstanding balance must be paid in full before your pet can be released following their grooming session.
