All payments are received upon arrival at your appointment time by cash only.

We are currently only accepting cash. Currently our website does not accept any form of payment.

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or Zelle.  Cash only in person.

All appointments are made by either calling or texting 313-404-7666.

REFUND POLICY:

All cancellations must be made within 24-48 prior to your appointment, or a 25.00-dollar no show/no call fee will be added to your next grooming appointment

Refunds are only given if you have a written letter from your vet on their letterhead with a contact number and can be verified stating the cause of your dog’s injuries were caused/inflected by Purple Pooch Palace of Perfection dog grooming salon.  Without this letter no refund will be given.

Due to bad weather, there is no charge for missed/ cancellation appointments.
